Guitar Hero's premier on handhelds starts off with some impressive numbers.
Activision has said that Guitar Hero: On Tour for the DS has sold more than 300,000 units in 7 days on retail.  This is a new record for Activision on the DS, and has exceded first 7 day sales of their previous games by more than 8 times their previous record.  Given its high price (for a DS game) I'm sure this is a great success for the company.  Full press release below.
