之前的各种传言让很多人提起更新就头大，生怕自己倒霉，所以总结一贴想买wiiu的大家都看看。

先转一则文：和目前谣传的疑惑解答： 首先是系统更新，我和大多数人一样把这件事看的过于沉重了，因为众所周知WIIU的第一次更 新如果断电会导致变砖，所以每个入手的人都是小心翼翼的，甚至有的人都不敢更新，其实这 是多虑了，我来说一下WIIU系统更新和3DS的区别

首先WIIU的更新分为两部分，下载和更新是分开的，先是下载更新需要的文件，我称之为“下 载准备”部分，下载完成之后他会询问你是否立刻更新，如果你更新的话会重新出现一个进度 条，这代表着更新开始，我称之为“更新”部分，其实真正会导致变砖的仅仅是“更新”部分，而 非下载过程，下载过程中是无需担心变砖的，像3DS一样支持断点续传....而更新部分整个过程 也很短，只需要十分钟左右，如果你恰巧在这十分钟内断电，那只能说明你该去买彩票了....

其次，对于WIIU自动推送的更新，你可以选择不立刻更新，然后继续玩不会受影响，这时系统 会在后台自动帮你下载更新需要的文件，下载好后会提示你，完全不会打扰你（不过美版 目前是不可以后台下载的），所以对更新变砖，不必看得太重过于害怕。

对于日版更新我再说几句，首先建议大家后台更新，这样可以边玩游戏边下载文件。
但在第一次更新前是无法查看后台下载进度的，所以可以像以下这样办，安全有效，算是我的一点经验之谈：
1，打开菜单找到更新选项，选择更新（左退出 右更新），关路由器，报错，即回到主界面。
2，打开路由器，确认连接好后，再进入更新选项，这次选退出。然后就尽情玩游戏吧。
2.1如果你不放心后台是否在下载，可以玩个一两小时后重复第一步，不出意外的话进度条肯定变长了。然后重复2。
2.2如果长时间待机后台下载请把主菜单中长待机自动关闭电源的选项关掉。
3，后台下载即使下好了，你若下好前一直在主界面上待机他是不会提示的，但如果你此时进入游戏或者mii再回到主界面，就会提示更新，这时只要点更新，不到十分钟就好了。只要首次更新搞定以后后台时就可以点home在下载管理里查看进度了。

印象中我是从晚十一点开始更然后待机睡觉，第二天吃早饭的时候进了一下mii出来就开始更了，更新时间最多七八分钟。
网络环境是网通4M。另offtv上厕所暂时破灭，隔一道墙信号断了。。

都是以讹传讹、夸大后的缘故。

没那么夸张。

iPhone等3C产品更新也是基本要求一样的不断电环境，

都没人鬼叫鬼叫的....

其实买了的都应该心里明白，厕所拉屎时候是玩不了的，谁家也不是开放式厕所
别说厕所了，我在紧挨客厅的卧室玩都不行，开着门中间无阻隔，离开主机的距离实际上很短
不过大家任豚力多少都有点，从未见人喷过这点

...I bought this for my 3 daughters for Christmas, wrapped it up put it under the tree and thought for sure that by Christmas night I would be some sort of hero. They could hardly believe their eyes as each of them unwrapped their own individually colored controllers and a nuchuck to go with each. Then two games and finally a deluxe Wii U. As they made their plans to play Just Dance Kids I was off to set up the console. Hooked up, plugged in and turned on all that was left to do was update... ...what... ...UPDATE?!?!
"OK, hold on girls, this will probably take a couple of minutes, go play with your Slinkies while I take care of this."
So I start the update then grab the computer to see what this update is all about. Google "Wii U update" only to find that nintendo suggests that I do this before Christmas day. No problem I'll just use the time machine my wife got for me... ...by the way, best Christmas gift ever. Seriously, how am I supposed to know this?
...and what's that, it might take four hours to complete? What a pain! Guess you girls better grab those coloring books you got from Santa and work on those a little too.
Fast forward 20 minutes, easy with my time machine, and find an error code, 108-0066. Nintendo's website tells me this means the update "timed out". My children tell me this means that I really am the heal that their mother says I am.
So I restart the update, put on my coat, boots and gloves to go out and wonder around in the yard a little bit... ...my way of escaping the heckling that was raining down on me in the house. Thirty minutes later, I hear my wife yelling out the back door that "the little bar thingy isn't moving at all". My response: "Back in the house women, these things take time!" I can say things like that now that I have a time machine you see. Ten minutes later I hear this, "Hey dummy you got another error code."
"...are you kidding me?!"
The second update attempt results in lots of useless electronics since the gamepad won't seem to communicate with the console anymore. It does make me grin a little though, why wouldn't the electronics in my house be dysfunctional too.
So December 26th at 5:35 A.M. Pacifc Time I'm on the phone finding out how to fix this thing. The solution: package it back up and send it back to nintendo for them to work their magic, and of course I have full faith in them.
So a trip to the UPS store 20 miles away; 40 round trip, but its all good since my time machine is a DeLorian. Just had to remember to keep it under 88 mph, not a problem considering the snowstorm and its related blizzard warning. $15 for them to package it since I have no packing material, I'm not sure nintendo will reimburse that?
...but I digress... I am kind of unhappy with this purcahse.

这一点很不爽啊。。。
我家厕所和客厅只隔一道墙本来以为没问题的。不过好处是一些游戏把机器拿到没电视的屋里也能玩，再就是能直插电源，真是任饭想不到的良心啊。。

以后说不定会出类似电力猫那样的信号桥接器

wiiu这个也是基于wifi的玩意，加这东西应该不成问题。

不是我奇怪，是你说话不负责任。既然买的人那么多自然碰到问题的几率就大种类也就多样。有人升级用了好久，有人变砖，这就是夸大和以讹传讹么？你说话前得考虑不同地域不同网络环境吧？一句现在的状况就是夸大引发的后果，你有点莫名其妙才是。

等任地狱把未更新的机器都卖给冤大头之后，以后的机器就不需要这样折腾了
