今天（6 月 19 日）晚上，亚马逊中国官网上架了全新的 Kindle Oasis。

新款 Kindle Oasis 外观设计方面与前代产品相比没有什么变化，主要新增暖光阅读灯和冷暖光模式，用户可根据需要自由调节屏幕色温，也支持根据环境光自动调节亮度。

屏幕规格仍维持在 7 英寸、300ppi 像素密度，官方称使用全新一代电子墨水技术，带来更流畅的阅读体验，共内置 25 颗阅读灯；支持 IPX8 级防水，可在 2 米深的清水中浸泡 60 分钟。

新款 Kindle Oasis 提供 8GB 和 32GB 两个版本，分别售 2399 元和 2658 元，银灰、香槟金两色可选，7 月 24 日正式开售。

I found that navigating the menus, clicking on options and opening ebooks is lightning quick. This is due to the Oasis employing the Freescale IMX.7 dual core processor. Kobo ereaders for example are only using like a 10 year old IMX.6 solo lite 1 GHZ processor. The entry level Kindle and Paperwhite 4 are also using the same old processor.
