美國索尼電腦娛樂（SCEA）將於本週末 12 月 5、6 日（六、日）在美國舊金山莫斯科尼會議中心（Moscone Center）西館盛大舉辦年度玩家活動「PlayStation Experience 2015」。現場預定提供超過 100 款 PlayStation 新作遊戲試玩，舉辦包括 PlayStation VR 在內的各種主題座談會。
12 月 5 日開幕當天上午 10:00（台灣時間 12 月 6 日凌晨 2:00）將舉行開幕主題發表會，發表 PlayStation 相關新消息。後續還預定舉辦新作遊戲遊玩示範、專訪、製作團隊座談會等活動。今年的 CAPCOM 盃格鬥大賽也預定與 PSX 一同舉辦，來自全世界的 32 強選手將在此展開《終極快打旋風 4》的決賽，爭奪總額 25 萬美元的獎金。所有活動都將透過 Twitch 與活動網站線上直播。
另外，各界注目的 PS4 虛擬實境裝置「PlayStation VR」。這次除了會在現場提供試玩之外，還會舉辦座談會「PlayStation VR and The Future of Play」，邀請倫敦工作室總監大衛‧瑞亞德（Dave Ranyard）、Media Molecule 安東‧米哈伊洛夫（Anton Mikhailov）以及目前未公布的神祕來賓，針對 PlayStation VR 與虛擬實境對互動遊戲娛樂所能帶來的變革為題進行討論與分享。
在去年 PlayStation Experience 的發表會上，SCE 與協力廠商發表了《快打旋風 5》、《秘境探險 4：盜賊末路》實機遊玩影片、《Final Fantasy VII》HD 版、《美國職棒大聯盟 15》等新作的消息。今年除了確定有 PS4 虛擬實境裝置「PlayStation VR」的座談會之外，預料還會有更多先前未曾曝光過的新作與新消息公布，有興趣的玩家這個週末不妨把握機會收看直播與 GNN 報導。
