I've loved the Final Fantasy series since the days Super Nintendo.

I'm going to get flamed for being sexist (which I am not), but why are the Final Fantasy games getting increasing feminine in appearance and content.

I understand that Japanese culture loves beautiful imagery, but I wish Square could return to some more gritty, steam-punk settings like FF3 (US) and FF7.

I also wish they would throw in a male character that doesn't look like a Calvin Klein model.
