我20号下单，24号收到DHL短信让我提供身份证扫描件供清关，美亚26号从美国西岸西雅图发货，然后向东到达西西那提HUB，再到香港，29号到了北京海关，然后一直就只有等待清关信息。

我当初选的35刀 4-7天送达，亚马逊订单页提供的送货时间Delivery Estimate Tuesday, December 31, 2013 by 8:00pm

这样的话我是不是能申请免运费？

果然退给我了，另外在这封信里面有提到1/7日还收不到，要怎样？
