All the stuff that was removed from the original DOS version ( Mad Eye shop, "nude" dress") was already gone in the 2004 japan release of Refine. Its the exact same game as that 2004 release just with english language now. So yes, you can still marry your adopted daughter if you go for that ending or make her Queen of Hell.
