就是美国人自己把拉丁裔划到少数族裔里和白人分开的。
比如去年奥斯卡给最佳影片设的那个政治正确标准：

The Academy designates “underrepresented racial or ethnic groups” within the standards to include Asian, Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, Indigenous/Native American/Alaskan Native, Middle Eastern/North African, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, or “other underrepresented race or ethnicity.”
