a small team with limited budget made a better sim in a very short time yet PD can't even manage good sounds, laser scanned tracks, real time tyre deflection. Time for mass layoffs and hiring some new talent. PD needs to work smarter not harder. It is now clear that a lot of people at PD don't have the skill set to make a AAA game by 2016 standards.
