FTC会议:
Sarah Bond表示目前的索尼和动视暴雪的协议禁止《使命召唤》在2025年1月之前登陆Xbox Game Pass。

另外，Sarah Bond提到了索尼和动视暴雪《使命召唤》的营销协议，导致了Xbox对该系列游戏的“非常明确的限制”。
“一年前，我们想展示《使命召唤:先锋》即将登陆Xbox平台，但却被告知我们不能在YouTube或其他任何非我们用户能够看到的地方宣传这一内容，所以我们不得不推迟一段时间。”
“但当我们拍摄展示时，人们可以在YouTube和其他地方现场观看……最后我们想要列出一个清单，说‘这是明年即将推出的所有游戏’，我们被告知不能说《使命召唤》将在明年推出。”
当被问及是否还有其他游戏拥有类似的独家营销模式时，Bond提到了今年早些时候发行的《霍格沃茨之遗》。

The FTC cried that Xbox might get exclusive skins if it buys ABK, apparently unaware that PlayStation has been doing it for years.

FTC 大声疾呼，如果 Xbox 收购 ABK，它可能会获得独家皮肤，但显然没有意识到 PlayStation 多年来一直在这样做。

动视首席执行官鲍比·科蒂克（Bobby Kotick）拒绝保证《使命召唤》在第 9 代 Xbox（X/S 系列）上运行，除非 MSFT 提高其收益分成比例

在微软与管理层达成协议之前，动视的团队不会开始使用Xbox 开发套件。

除非 MSFT 提出优惠报价，否则不能保证 COD 会在 2020 年与 Gen9 一起推出

FTC 的律师刚刚透露，微软同意对某些 Xbox 游戏按80 / 20 的收入分成，而不是典型的 70 / 30 分成。 Xbox 的莎拉·邦德theverge.com/23768244/ftc-m…表示，“我们认为获取这些内容至关重要”

这里当然不是说索尼不能这么做，这里说的是索尼自己这么做了却不允许别人这么做还拿这事当受害者拿到法庭上诉苦这种行为令人作呕

地精的胃口太大了，以cod的销量和出续作的频率放两家很容易都能争取到最优惠的分成价格，地精摆明了认为吃定两家2333

当然不排除xbox销量低于地精的预算，想通过更低的分成来增加自己的利润
