Boilsoft Video Splitter

非常有效率，有些小需求，就不用打开PR了。
而且各种封装格式都支持。

没有学习成本，不用任何设置，打开就用，一目了然。就是按钮做的，个人觉得比较难看。

2个都测试了

Boilsoft Video Splitter 和 losslesscut 功能一模一样，没区别

但是losslesscut文件较小，文件数量较少，更好用。

入点没有落在关键帧上那么要重新渲染一个到两个关键帧 smartcut就是这个原理还有以前的会声会影也是这个原理
