Today’s update includes the following console-specific upgrades:
Xbox Series S
Frame rate has been increased to 60 fps (up from 45 fps)
Xbox Series X Performance mode
Frame rate has been increased to 60 fps
Dynamic resolution added in the range of 1080p to 1440p
Xbox Series X Normal mode (non-performance mode)
Post-processing has been increased to 4K
Dynamic resolution in the range of 1512p to 2160p
PlayStation 5
Frame rate has been increased to 60 fps (up from 45 fps)
Post-processing increased to 1440p

- PS5 only has one display mode. It has increased its framerate to 60 (previously 45) and its resolution stands at 1200p with rescaling to 1440p.

PS5 renders at a native resolution of approximately 2133x1200 and uses a form of temporal reconstruction that can increase the resolution up to 2560x1440.
Xbox Series X in performance mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being 2560x1440 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 1792x1008. Xbox Series X in performance mode uses a form of temporal reconstruction that can increase the resolution up to 2560x1440 when rendering natively below this resolution.

Xbox Series S uses a form of temporal reconstruction that can increase the resolution up to 1920x1080 when rendering natively below this resolution.
