A AAA Magic: The Gathering RPG is currently in development, Perfect World Entertainment and Cryptic Studios announced today.
The game is being "built from the ground up" for console and PC, with Cryptic Studios (Neverwinter) handling development, according to the announcement. The companies didn't share further details about the game, only saying "additional details and the game’s official title will be revealed at a later date." (Update: Cryptic Studios officially describes the game on its website as a "Free-to-play, action MMORPG.")
