原来能快速进入蜂窝数据页面和vpn页面，都提示ios10不能用了。

蜂窝数据页面在设置上3D Touch可破，VPN是无解了，只能把Surge的插件放在今日视图上

设置放在第一页没放在dock，还是不如原来方便

FYI: Apple intentionally disabled shortcuts to the Settings app in iOS 10. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do to on our end to fix it.
