据game daily的报道称，在上周的投资者电话会议上，apple首席执行官Steve Jobs就曾暗示该公司可能动用高达510亿美元的银行存款进行并购。

Steve Jobs表示依托公司强大的现金流，他们有可能获得一个或者更多的战略投资机会。

传言称Steve Jobs所说的战略方向可能是一家大型的游戏公司，而索尼公司或者美国艺电就是其中的两个潜在的收购目标。

投资公司Kaufman Brothers认为EA、Netflix和Facebook是潜在的收购目标。而巴伦周刊的分析称Sony、Adobe或者Disney也是可能的收购对象。当然这些还仅仅只是停留在猜测阶段，但是可能一桩重磅的交易事件就将发生在不久的将来。（本文由游戏邦/gamerboom.com编译）

补充：关于sony也进入并购传闻的确很疯狂，新加坡海峡时报评述称sony还是有可能成为并购对象的，索尼去年亏损额达到408亿日元（6.53亿美元），市值也仅为400亿美元，该估值对于apple来讲是完全有可能吃进的，apple现在的现金流有510亿美元。sony目前已经不再是大到不能倒的情况了。

Last week at an investor call, Apple head Steve Jobs hinted that the company might be looking into some possible acquisitions with its $51 billion in the bank.

“We strongly believe that one or more very strategic opportunities may come along, that we can take, that we’re in a unique position to take advantage of because of our strong cash position,” he said. “So I think that we would like to continue to keep our powder dry because we do feel that there are one or more strategic opportunities in the future.”

Rumors have surfaced on the U.S. stock market this week, saying that Apple may be looking to purchase a gaming company, with Sony and EA as two possible targets.

Let that sink in.

Investment banking firm Kaufman Brothers pegged EA, Netflix, and Facebook as targets for acquisition, while financial publication Barron’s notes that Sony, Adobe, and Disney are all possible targets. This is all still up in the air, but something big could be brewing. Apple’s already shifted the market with its iOS platform.  Could an even bigger shift be waiting in the wings?（source：game daily）

什么电子游戏业。sony值钱的其实是媒体和工业设计制造部分。

Apple如果收购Sony，第一件事我看就是把亏本的PS部门给砍掉，卖掉。整合资源全心全意转向 iOS 和 OSX 平台游戏开发。

收购SONY？这扯了，这给日本人的震动估计不亚于麦克阿瑟登陆日本。拆分SOE或者SCE卖给苹果倒是有可能，反正是软件，SONY真正的立业之本，制造业和工业设计是不会卖的。

至于EA......买它作甚，买了苹果不会有任何好处。

想了一下，如果是SONY的话，那也只可能是SCEI部份而已吧？

其他部分买了的话，Apple自己的管理资源也会忙不过来的，

苹果收购非死不可的可能性最高。
毕竟两者的感觉非常相似而且融洽。
当然也可能借由收购收拾一下Adobe。
ea和迪斯尼可能性应该不大吧。。。

但如果收购sony，只能说乔布斯很有远见。。。

人家20块成本的东西卖50，赚30，这是说Wii吧，确实如此啊，唉，我也被骗了，破玩意真不值，现在第三方基本都不在上面做游戏了，一整新作就是PS3和XBOX360跨平台，有时还能加个PC版。

据彭博社的报道，SharesPost对社交游戏开发商zynga的最新估值为55.1亿美元（3月份估值26.1亿美元），该估值一举超过了纳斯达克上市公司EA，后者的市值为51.6亿美元（曾经高达190亿美元）。

zynga创建于2007年，在将近4年的时间内取得了突飞猛进的发展，成为facebook最大的社交游戏开发公司。zynga以社交游戏虚拟交易为主要营收方式，据Inside Network预估2010年虚拟交易的总额度达到了16亿美元，而zynga将瓜分走三分之一的份额。

ThinkEquity LLC的市场分析师ThinkEquity LLC认为虚拟交易的市场额度未来三年还有望达到36亿美元。

现在facebook上最受欢迎的游戏应用当中有6个（ FarmVille、Texas HoldEm Poker、FrontierVille、Mafia Wars Game、Café World – the Restaurant Game以及Treasure Isle）是属于zynga的游戏，据appdata的数据，zynga的月活跃用户一般都超过了2亿1000万。

反观EA，在目前游戏软硬件的销售都处在下滑的阶段的时候并不被市场和玩家所看好，这直接导致了美国艺电需要依靠裁减员工和向外并购来维持增长。其股票从三月份到现在已经下跌了7.4%。

《福布斯》先分别评选这四项指标的前500名公司，如某公司在销售额指标中排名第100位，则其销售额得分就为100点，以此类推。在此基础上，《福布斯》赋予四项指标相同的权重，计算每家公司的总点数，再得出公司的综合排名
福布斯》综合考虑了4方面的因素，客观性强。而《商业周刊》全球1000大公司更注重公司在证券市场中的表现，因此每年的排名波动比较大。从某种意义上讲，《商业周刊》的排名比《财富》更能反映出全球经济领域的剧烈变动。

你想看市值，去找商业周刊的。

苹果硬件产品线的平均更新周期是10个月。可能只是规格升级，也可能是连带造型到软件的重大update，当然作为全球最受瞩目最火的创新企业，apple的步子现在很快

我也不认为apple现在收购sony是最佳选择，只是说，不差钱

EA最近吃了很多社交游戏公司，包括英国的iphone游戏发行商。apple吃掉EA，在游戏内容领域加强实力，倒是显而易见的利益。

吃掉adobe倒是更能从根本上消灭flash和html5的争夺战（笑），但是微软胃口也不小啊，虽然微软近年来的并购屡战屡败，但肯定不能坐视apple抢adobe这块蛋糕

总之Jobs那番暗示报道是可靠的，关注apple最近的动作吧

不过有些人倒是很酸，一提到SONY，一提到PS3就开始没完没了得酸，你是买不起PS3？玩不 ...

最近？看不见一个月来排行榜的榜首么？大神传，超级涂鸦冒险（就是可以输入20000个单词短语的冒险游戏）王国之心复刻都是最近出的。
你要诚心想玩，推荐一个 GhostTrick，巧周神作不解释。（有中文版）

似乎我理解的销量最大的游戏机和你想表达的岔开了呢~:D
大神传是大神传，和大神是两个游戏。超级涂鸦冒险台阶确实高了点。
但是有ds的话，GhostTrick一定要试试

至于wii，这几个月除了3款外包横版M，卡比，金刚（retro的金刚不算外包）和Wiiparty（这个多人蛮不错）值得玩玩，N没什么特别的动作，
日本暂时没什么可期待的。

销量最好的游戏机确实是ds，而且结合上文他们都在说ds和psp，我以为你说的是它。

你总不能拿之后“补上”的说明来搞针对，不要总以为我也能跟你一样穿越啊:D

2 我只介绍wii近几个月（也可以理解为圣诞前）这几款值得玩玩，暂时没什么可期待的。

谁无机酸谁自己清楚，之前有个叫电灯泡还是水壶胆的还要看我快生锈的Wii，我想跟他赌一赌，结果他缩卵也没回我那贴就被关了，既然你说我无机酸，大家互上个图吧，看到底是谁无机酸。

你PM我啥乱七八糟的啊，有啥话直接在这上面回不就行了，还PM，怕见人啊？

Wii买的早，非阉割日版，那时候还飞了NN条线装硬直读。
