For the first time ever, one of the "Big 3" will be having 2 seperate showings at E3
Geoff Keighley has just said on twitter that Microsoft are planning to have 2 seperate E3 presentations this year. One for Natal, aimed at all people. One for the Xbox 360, aimed at people aged 18+.
The Natal "experience" will be on Sunday Night, June 13th. The Xbox 360 show on Monday Morning, June 14th. It is also very likely that no M rated Natal games will be shown, at least during the first show.
"Xbox just sent out a save the date for _TWO_ E3 press conferences. Natal on Sunday night, June 13. 360 on Mon Morning, June 14."
"Most interesting: Natal briefing is for "all ages," the 360 briefing is for "18+." Guess that means no M-rated Natal games...."

So... What to expect? There will obviously be Halo: Reach, Crackdown 2 and possibly showings from Fable III at both shows.
Big surprises? Xbox 360 "Slim"? Gears of War 3? Grand Theft Auto 5? Final Fantasy VII: Remake!?
Either way, Microsoft have a LOT to show, and it's about time to start hyping up gamings biggest event of the year!
EDIT:
Aaron Greenberg has confirmed Geoff was wrong about one detail. There aren't 2 "conferences"... But Natal is getting it's own special showing on the Sunday night. The monday show is still the Xbox 360 show.
