Outsourcing is the biggest trend in the games industry having grown from US$1bn (2006) to an expected US$2.5bn by 2010, representing 40% of global games development spending. China is increasingly the hot destination for Software Outsourcing, even over India, having grown about 33% in value in 2008. 60% of games development studios already outsource and that number is growing.

This is perhaps the only Outsourcing studio to be involved in the production of entire (commercially acclaimed) games, not just bit parts!

Requirement
1) Minimum a bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering from prestigious universities
2) Good communication skills in English and able to work in English-speaking working environment and interact with European/US clients
3) Sound knowledge about C and C++
4) At least 3 years experience in console games with the proven track record as the Lead Programmer
5) Experience in AI and Graphics is a plus

Responsibility
1)        Work with a producer and report to him
2)        Manage and maintain bugtracker
3)        Design, plan, arrange and trace tasks
4)        Lead a development team in project
5)        Train and supervise senior programmer and programmer
6)        Deal with conflicts in teams
