Berbatov set to move

Dimitar Berbatov's switch to Manchester United looked to be moving a step closer last night after Roman Pavlyuchenko claimed he had finally agreed a deal to join Tottenham. Spartak Moscow had earlier said the Russia striker, 26, had opted against a move because of family reasons, but last night he confirmed he had not travelled with the Spartak squad for the second leg of their Champions League qualifier with Dynamo Kiev as he was finalising the details of his move to Spurs.

Several newspapers run with quotes from Nemanja Vidic saying that he doesn't like the Manchester climate. However, Vidic spoke to ManUtd.com to deny some of the comments attributed to.

The Serbian's defensive partner Rio Ferdinand has revealed that he'd like to be a manager when he hangs up his boots (various newspapers). "I love football so I'm sure I'll be involved in the game on one way, shape or form," he says. "As I get older, management seems like the direction in which I'd like to go."

The Reds defender also tells The Guardian that United couldn't afford to lose against Portsmouth on Monday. Says Rio: "I'm sure there were a few people who thought we were going to drop more points against Portsmouth but from our point of view it was a case of win at all costs."

前提是热刺自己要争气，确保前5名，不是在中下游晃荡，是没啥用的
当然MU要是送6分给热刺，这个效果最明显

热刺坚持打法，别三天两头想不清楚怎么踢，早就有机会叫板他厂和他军了

上赛季表现出色的中前场基本都换人了，需要磨合，希望磨合好了的时候，主教练没换人，那有看头的
那条烂防线似乎没有任何改进
