系统性商学理论分析企业成功与否的裡面有个非常受到欢迎的学说叫Balanced
Scorecard (introduced by David Norton & Robert Kaplan in 1992)
这个系统将一个企业的表现分成四个角度去评分:
1.) Translating the vision into operational goals
(将企业理念实体化并转换成行动目标)
2.) Communicate the vision and link it to individual performance
(能否将理念传达给职员并与实际职员个人表现连结起来)
3.) Business planning
(商业企划 i.e.锁定消费者群 行销策略 发售时间及数量预定等等的优劣)
4.) Feedback and learning and adjusting the strategy accordingly
(从市场反应来做适当的策略性调整跟改正)
