好像现在普遍反映硬盘写入量很大的问题。不少人说一个月写入22TB。
步骤

1 command加空格开terminal

2 装homebrew

ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)" < /dev/null 2> /dev/null

3 homebrew装smartmontools

brew install smartmontools

4 用smartmontools看sss写入量和健康度

smartctl -a /dev/disk2

写入大就是内存小, 使用太多硬盘当缓存把, 频繁切换

你说对了，缓存到硬盘太多了。不过现在SSD寿命都长，坏了正好换新。

可能是系统bug吧，之前catalina时我用的12年的mac mini一样出现一个月写几十t的问题

不知道你裝的是什麼 MacOS本身就可以查自系統安裝後的寫入量
終端敲
iostat -Id disk0(*默認大家都是disk0是主磁盤，如果有變動的可以用 diskutil list查SSD的盤符）

MB列下的就是系統自第一次使用之後的總寫入量 單位是MB
