虽然是7 nm但感觉gpu规模不会很大啊

5700xt 251平方毫米，zen2一个4核心的ccx31平方毫米，ccx里面没有io功能，所以这些还要一部分面积，ryzen里面这些都是用12nm造的，不能直接比较。

但我怀疑主机可能也不会用单die设计，amd的if总线完全可以用小面积核心组合成大soc，提高良率节省成本

Renoir是150mm2，把核显换成5700xt面积基本差不多了

差不多，我觉着就是这样。

国外那边估下来有401mm2……

台巴子的信息大概率假的。感觉老外这个测量的更准。早上刚公布时候，a粉群根据旁边电容推的340左右。如果400，台巴子的信息一点价值没有了。

真是400mm2的话我感觉是N7P而不是N7+工艺了

也有可能台巴子拿到的是真的，只是对面积估算错误，xsx为400，ps5为360左右
