Title        :         Technology Architect/系统架构师
Location        :         Shanghai
Report to:         Technology Director
Lead:                 2 Developer, 1 Sr. Developer
Budget:                30K~35K

Responsibilities
1.        Gather and analysis technical requirement from our client;
2.        Estimate technical resource for project.
3.        Design the technical architecture/solution of the application (desktop or web based);
4.        Lead and train a team of developers to implement technical solution.
5.        Manage in-house developers or 3rd party vendors to build application.
6.        Technical documentation and training for client.

Requirement
1.        5-8 years working experience with at least 2 years of being an architect;
2.        At least 2 years of Team/project management experience.
3.        In depth knowledge on Flash(AS3), Open Source technology, e.g. Apache, PHP, MySQL
4.        Experience in an agile(项目开发方法) development model;
5.        Excellent in communication, especially in technical and UX aspects;
6.        Presentable, responsible, team player, and energetic;
7.        CET 6
8.        Experience in other Microsoft technologies, e.g. ASP.Net, C#, MSSQL is a huge plus.
9.        Experience in game programming in particular those 3D, physicals and other effect programming is also a plus.

备注：此岗位为技术管理岗位，要求技术有架构的能力，并且管过人。PHP+英语流利是必要条件。
