A few tidbits:
Console/PC Version:
-XBOX 360 runs at 720p while PS3 version is at 1080p
-Gameplay includes a reward system for performing certain tasks (Protecting, Destruction, Speed, etc)
-Bonus extras - G1 character skins (not new models), Tech Specs, Production assets (Movie stills and such)

PSP Version
-20 playable characters
-G1 characters included

DS Version:
-Custom character can be made using 35 possible vehicle scans. Color can be customized.
-Use of movie characters as well as custom character during the game.
-Game script more G1 based. Expect to see some G1-like dialogue and story elements.
