英国杂志《Xbox World 360》在新一期的杂志中报道：微软一些第一方、有合作关系的工作室正在为下一代XBOX开发首发游戏。

   报道指出，微软旗下的Rare、Lionhead Turn 10都得到了大量预算支持开发下一代XBOX游戏。

   “Rare、Lionhead以及Turn 10都投入（下一代XBOX游戏）开发中——Rare，我们听说，已经有了一个新M级游戏的原型了。这就是Remedy为什么对《心灵杀手2》如此安静的原因吗？”

   根据该杂志估计这些游戏都打算于2013年晚些时候上市，也就是说明年E3可能是下一代XBOX亮相的时机。而今年已经数次出现下一代XBOX的传闻了。

Future shooter: Treyarch aims Call of Duty at “new console”
A new job listing suggests Call of Duty is already preparing to make the inevitable jump to upcoming hardware.

Gamespot noted a job ad on the Treyarch’s website calling for assistance “bringing our hugely successful game to a new console.”

While Treyarch isn’t the only studio behind Call of Duty and has a few other products in its catalogue, it seems pretty clear which “hugely successful game” it means.

As for “new console”, we’re yet to see formal announces for Wii U or Vita versions of the series, but Activision has indicated its support for both new systems and indicated we’ll likely see Call of Duty on them.
