已经有部分PSN用户收到欺诈邮件：邮件中说他们是SONY的客服人员，需要点击某个链接以确认此电邮地址的PSN合法性，千万不要点！

1. 下载记录，好友列表不会被PSN停运影响，依然完美保留

2. 奖杯不会消失，新PSN上线之后，玩家可以立即同步已经取得的奖杯

3. PSN+用户的云计算存档完全保留，不会消失

4. 一旦新PSN上线，我们将会对此次停运事件做出补偿，补偿方式待确定

PS BLOG针对广大用户提出的各种问题，摘取了几个有意义的被许多用户提过的问题来回答，我摘取了几个十分重要的信息，请所有PSN合法用户仔细阅读：

2.信用卡卡号没有被盗取的迹象，不过我们没有排除这种可能。请信用卡用户注意：PSN用户的信用卡安全码没有被得到，因为一旦信用卡验证后，我们的系统里不会储存任何信用卡的安全码！

A: While all credit card information stored in our systems is encrypted and there is no evidence at this time that credit card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained. Keep in mind, however that your credit card security code (sometimes called a CVC or CSC number) has not been obtained because we never requested it from anyone who has joined the PlayStation Network or Qriocity, and is therefore not stored anywhere in our system.

3.当PSN恢复之后，所有PSN用户第一次登陆时都会强制填写旧密码，之后立即更换新密码！

4.新的PSN将会利用新技术以保护所有PSN用户的信息

5.预计恢复时间为一周，不过并不排除提前恢复或者延后恢复的可能，一旦我们能确保新PSN的保护措施十分给力后，我们会立即将新PSN带给所有PSN合法用户！
