简单来说一句话:默认的GI参数过高,能效比极低

修改后的dll代码在此,但是因为作者并没有吃透文件,修改此参数会影响其他部分,牵连出一些Bug,所以他没有直接放出dll文件
他希望白金官方能立刻跟进修正这个问题

According to DrDaxxy, NieR: Automata uses a super expensive Global Illumination solution. Its GI compute shader is an array it loops over, which by default has 128 elements. DrDaxxy cut the number of elements to 16, which is the minimum as only values divisible by 16 are allowed.

As such, the overall performance has been significantly increased at the cost of a simpler GI solution. DrDaxxy has provided some comparison screenshots and as we can see, there are some slight differences between them.

Still, we strongly believe that PlatinumGames should offer such option for those facing performance issues (or at least include it in the game’s Low preset setting).

DrDaxxy has not released yet a mod with this fix, though those interested can download and add/use his code in a DLL.

Yes, I went from 12fps at 4k to about 56fps maximum.

Kaldaien said, while testing the mod at 4K resolution with a GTX1080:
That same scene before the fix was 43 FPS, now it's running at a steady 60 FPS.

DrDaxxy said, in his post about discovering this method of improving the game's performance:
I've asked a friend of mine how it runs on his mobile GPU, and apparently this more than doubles his average framerate there.

On the impact this has on the game's visual quality, Kaldaien says
16 is a very noticable graphics downgrade in many places, 32 is a good middle-ground, 64 appears no different, 128 is where the game was set before we touched any of this stuff.

我估计就是故意这样设置的,在主机上可以刻意拉开PS4普通版和PRO的差距,移植到PC时原封不动的没有处理而已。
问题是主机上没拉开差距啊
普通版900p
Pro版1080p,AA开高点,狗牙少点,特效多点,就这样了

涉及多种特效负荷压榨帧率的时候是可以这么解释的

这一个参数差距就如此之大
只能是9L所说的那种可能——特效组自己都不知道这些参数的背后细节,拍脑袋就上了
白金干脆就不适应当代游戏开发

龙鳞化身被彻底取消,一个未证实的传言就是,这个游戏从来就没在X1上跑起来过,从头到尾都是顶配PC的录像
到了最后也没解决,一次又一次延期给他们时间也没有解决,游戏本身又不怎么好玩,只能砍掉

UE4很成熟的引擎了,而且scalebound几次实机演示都是帧数感人,应该是X1版,高配PC怎么可能是这种表现
就顶楼这稀里糊涂的优化,我觉得还真有可能
UE4成不成熟跟白金掌握的好不好是两码事啊
