标题: 请教：在AMAZON买的蓝光碟，有一张读不出来(已有回信） [打印本页]

上次amazon买一送一，尝试买了几张，今天到货3张，兴奋。。。拆。。。放入ps3。。。结果，两张正常，一张ps3读了半天没反应。。。。晕倒。。。
(想上张图,但找不到论坛上附件的地方?)

请问各位，能要求amazon退换呢？费用如何？哪种方案比较合理？

先拿到别的机子试一下，如果真的不行，应该可以退的。

1张的话可能根本不用你寄回去；
amazon会快递一张给你；
多的话邮费就要你自己出了～

上次不是有个兄弟他的碟盒坏了寄回去换了吗后来amazon说不用寄了直接再寄一个新的过来

那个兄弟不就是我么；
不过我花了15刀又把坏的盘寄回去了；
免得心里老想着 not mine not mine～

挂失的那次也是花了20刀把BD遥控器和船长寄回去了～

赞amazon的服务，不过有点担心，要是有人rp不好，买的所有item都一张一张的要求amazon换货，这样不就都可以再赚一张了，然后，again and again.....

这就是为什么小日本的amazon只支持快递业务。
RP不好最终倒霉的还是我们～

无非是说，1 给你换一张，重新生成一个新order, 先扣你卡上的钱，2-3天后再重新打回去；
或者你可以在管理帐户里 cancel你的新order，钱退给你～
