United have beaten Tottenham twice this season, but Juande Ramos' unpredictable Spurs side will be keen to exact revenge at White Hart Lane.

Form guide:

Despite a resurgence under Ramos, Tottenham still haven't discovered any consistency in the league.
They've taken just four points from their last four league games.
However, they are unbeaten in their last six home games in all competitions.
United are on a run of six straight wins, with 27 points from 30 in the last ten league games.

Ins and outs:

At this stage of the season, Sir Alex will be delighted to say that he has almost a full squad to choose from.

For

Darren Bent, Benoit Assou-Ekotto (both knee), Anthony Gardner and Gareth Bale (both ankle) are all out, Juande Ramos can call on new January signings Jonathan Woodgate and Alan Hutton.

Star men:

Ronaldo

is in unstoppable form for United, scoring his 26th and 27th goals of the season against Portsmouth in midweek.
Stop him if you can.

Tottenham's strengths lie in attacking areas, but while the focus is often on

Dimitar Berbatov

Aaron Lennon

proved last weekend to be a real thorn for United's defence.

BIG-MATCH FACTS

Tottenham and Manchester United square up to each other for the second time in a week.

Last Sunday, the Red Devils knocked the north Londoners out of the FA Cup with a clinical 3-1 victory, courtesy of a brace from

Cristiano Ronaldo

and a

Carlos Tevez
goal.

Tottenham's Michael Dawson also got his marching orders after Robbie Keane had put the visitors in front at Old Trafford.

By kick-off time, United may have been knocked off the top of the table once again by Arsenal.
But they go into this match bidding for a fifth straight victory in the Premier League and a seventh in a row in all competitions.

Juande Ramos is looking for a seven maximum from his 14th Premier League game in charge.
Spurs are challenging for a fifth league win in a row at the Lane.

These clubs have been awarded more penalties in the Premier League than any others;
six each, of which United have converted four, and Spurs three.

If United notch a 24th Premier League victory over Spurs they will complete an eighth double over them in this league and second in successive seasons.
