I got leaked news that they were working on this since over 2 weeks with a PSP Slim they got their hands on (from someone not specified) and basically it will instal by accesing the flash0 files, enable the installer to run, and modify the flash0 so that it runs a copy of 3.60 firmware with a kernel similar to 1.5, run plugins and homebrew, run isos and csos (not dax, just like in the previous M33 CFW) and most (not all) of the options available from CWF 3.52-4. Evreyone keep spreading the news. 2 of the several members of M33 have leaked us this small tidbit of information.
