据game daily的报道称，在上周的投资者电话会议上，apple首席执行官Steve Jobs就曾暗示该公司可能动用高达510亿美元的银行存款进行并购。

Steve Jobs表示依托公司强大的现金流，他们有可能获得一个或者更多的战略投资机会。

传言称Steve Jobs所说的战略方向可能是一家大型的游戏公司，而索尼公司或者美国艺电就是其中的两个潜在的收购目标。

投资公司Kaufman Brothers认为EA、Netflix和Facebook是潜在的收购目标。而巴伦周刊的分析称Sony、Adobe或者Disney也是可能的收购对象。当然这些还仅仅只是停留在猜测阶段，但是可能一桩重磅的交易事件就将发生在不久的将来。（本文由游戏邦/gamerboom.com编译）

补充：关于sony也进入并购传闻的确很疯狂，新加坡海峡时报评述称sony还是有可能成为并购对象的，索尼去年亏损额达到408亿日元（6.53亿美元），市值也仅为400亿美元，该估值对于apple来讲是完全有可能吃进的，apple现在的现金流有510亿美元。sony目前已经不再是大到不能倒的情况了。

Last week at an investor call, Apple head Steve Jobs hinted that the company might be looking into some possible acquisitions with its $51 billion in the bank.

“We strongly believe that one or more very strategic opportunities may come along, that we can take, that we’re in a unique position to take advantage of because of our strong cash position,” he said. “So I think that we would like to continue to keep our powder dry because we do feel that there are one or more strategic opportunities in the future.”

Rumors have surfaced on the U.S. stock market this week, saying that Apple may be looking to purchase a gaming company, with Sony and EA as two possible targets.

Let that sink in.

Investment banking firm Kaufman Brothers pegged EA, Netflix, and Facebook as targets for acquisition, while financial publication Barron’s notes that Sony, Adobe, and Disney are all possible targets. This is all still up in the air, but something big could be brewing. Apple’s already shifted the market with its iOS platform. Could an even bigger shift be waiting in the wings?（source：game daily）

然后反垄断再拆，或者索尼音乐所有歌曲现涨百分之三百。

什么电子游戏业。sony值钱的其实是媒体和工业设计制造部分。

Apple如果收购Sony，第一件事我看就是把亏本的PS部门给砍掉，卖掉。整合资源全心全意转向 iOS 和 OSX 平台游戏开发。

400个亿，好像国外收购一般都溢价30%左右吧，520亿，擦，苹果都不需要拿手中股票来换购了。

不记得是微软还是苹果，刚刚起步时候，有投资公司劝索尼收购了。没想打，现在
